FOUR CORNERS PERMANENT AUDAX EVENTS

Most audax events can be ridden anytime of the year, these events are known as permanent events. The events can be ridden in the usual manner, ie collecting receipts as proof of passage, or they can now be ridden with GPS track or a mobile phone app called E-brevet, basically an electronic proof of passage. Permanents can be ridden anytime of the year except the day of the calendar event, you can also start your ride from any of the control points, as long as you follow the route and pass all the controls in order. Permanents get points the same as calendar events and can be used for AUK awards like RRTY.
